OUR CLEAROUT/BUYOUT OPTION
Choose this option and we may be able to clearout your home leaving it in “broom clean” condition.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
It’s simple we clearout your entire home including main residence, basement, attic, garage, outbuildings, barns, even items around the home and in the yard.
We can also haul away cars, trucks, boats, trailers, and Rv’s.
We leave the home clean with the carpets vacuumed and the floors swept.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
We charge you for the clearing, hauling and disposal. This includes loading, hauling, trucking, and disposal fees. We supply our own dump and enclosed trucks and trailers. NO UGLY DUMPSTERS SITTING ON YOUR PROPERTY FOR WEEKS.
We will present you with a free no obligation proposal for the clearout. Off of these charges we will deduct our BUYOUT OFFER for items we can use or liquidate.
WE CAN NORMALLY HAVE THE HOME CLEARED OUT IN 3 TO 4 DAYS. OUR BOOKING LEAD TIME IS USUALLY 2 TO 3 WEEKS.
Keep in mind that collectibles and furniture are only bringing a fraction of what they used to bring. Being in this business for over 40 years we are well aware of this. So most of your money will be realized by the selling or rental of your home not by the contents in the home.
